UD Poblense and Fibwi Renew Sponsorship Agreement for Fifth Consecutive Season

UD Poblense and Fibwi, the renowned telecommunications and media company in the Balearic Islands, have announced the renewal of their sponsorship agreement for a fifth consecutive season. The official signing took place at the UD Poblense facilities, consolidating an alliance that has proven to be fruitful for both entities.

This sponsorship reinforces Fibwi's commitment to Balearic sports and, in particular, to the ambitious project of UD Poblense, which this year will compete in the demanding Segunda RFEF.

Miquel Molondro, president of UD Poblense, expressed his enthusiasm for the continuation of the agreement: "We are putting together a great squad with which we have to compete, thinking that we are in the best league in all of Spain in this Segunda División: the Catalan, Valencian, and some from Murcia groups. These are very powerful teams, and we have the core from last year, a great team that showed what it did last season with the Copa del Rey and at the end of the season, which was very good. We were directly promoted, and from there, we have made five or six signings that will make this team grow a little more and be able to compete with these teams. The main objective is to maintain the team, and its president, its board, and its coach don't like me to say it, but it's to finish high up, and finishing high up means fighting for a league title and trying to get to a higher category. It's difficult, but we have to try. I think the enthusiasm has to be there to achieve something."

Molondro also had words of thanks for the sponsor: "I want to thank Paco and everyone at Fibwi for trusting us for another year in a team that has been promoted to Segunda RFEF. It's already five years together. I would say that Fibwi is growing a lot and I, personally, watch a lot of television; I watch it more and more, and I believe it will become number one in the Balearic Islands. It's a commitment from Fibwi to us; we have something in common: we are an ambitious team like Fibwi, and we will try to take Poblense and this excellent advertising we have as high as possible."
