Location: Fibwi Store at Alcampo, Mallorca
Position: Telephone customer service in store
Schedule: Full-time, with the possibility of morning or afternoon shifts (continuous workday)
Job Description:
At Fibwi, we are looking for a professional to join our telephone customer service team at our store located in Alcampo, Mallorca. The selected candidate will be responsible for answering calls, providing information about our services, handling incidents, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles (desirable but not essential).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of IT and system management.
• Availability to work in morning or afternoon shifts (continuous workday).
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Other languages will be valued.
